In exchange for renting equipment, a temporary $500 hold is placed on your Visa or Mastercard.

How does this work…..

Please fill out all details soon after your reservation has been confirmed by email.

A hold will not be placed on your card until the day before your rental start date.

This form must be filled out (and the funds on hold) in order to receive your rented equipment on your start date.

Please ensure the credit card you enter will have funds available for the hold (the day before your rental start date) & that the card will not expire before the hold is placed.

The Deposit will be held as security for a total of 30 days. If you need the funds released sooner, email Mitchell's to see your rented watercraft / gear has been checked over.

FYI - Once Mitchell's releases the funds, it is out of their hands and up to the credit card company as to how fast they release the hold.

In the event where the deposit is insufficient to cover costs, Mitchell’s will charge the credit card for the reminder owing and will issue an invoice for your records. Any additional charge is payable immediately. 3.5% interest will be charged per month on overdue accounts.
